Ardenti Inc Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time


  • Processing time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Notification: You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates


  • Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Flat shipping rates: We offer $5.99 flat rate shipping to the United States.
  • Free shipping: We offer free standard shipping for orders over $75.00.

3. Local Delivery and In-Store Pickup


  • Local Delivery: Free local delivery is available for orders over $50.00 within a 10-mile radius of our warehouse. Deliveries are made from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Mondays through Fridays.
  • In-Store Pickup: You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 3645 Pinewalk Dr N, Margate, FL 33063. After placing your order, it will be ready for pickup within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping


  • Destinations: We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
  • Duties and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ardenti Inc is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

5. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?


  • Tracking: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
  • Support: If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@ardenti-inc.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses


  • Restrictions: We ship to P.O. Boxes and military bases via USPS, but expedited shipping is not available for these destinations.

7. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges


  • Damaged Items: In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@ardenti-inc.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
